Method

  1. Add all the sauce ingredients to a blender and blitz.

  2. Add the oil to a hot frying pan and add the Tenderstem® broccoli. Keep the Tenderstem® broccoli moving on all sides to cook it throughout. Cook for 4-5 mins depending on how crunchy you would like it.

  3. Add the sauce ingredients to a sauce pan along with a little water to thin the sauce.

  4. Once this is bubbling hot add the sauce to a serving plate and top with the Tenderstem® broccoli. Finish with chopped nuts, red chilli and coriander.
