Method

  1. Rinse the Tenderstem® broccoli in a colander, shake off any excess water and set aside.

  2. Add the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and salt to a small bowl, whisk to combine and set aside.

  3. Heat a pan, add the oil and heat the oil for 30 seconds. Add in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add in the Tenderstem® broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked prawns and the maple glaze dressing and stir gently, ensuring the Tenderstem® broccoli and prawns are coated with the dressing. Heat until the prawns are piping hot.

  4. Remove from the heat and arrange on a serving plate or dish. Sprinkle over the pecans and serve immediately.
