Parmesan and Balsamic Roasted Tenderstem® Brocolli

Easy, healthy and delicious way to eat Tenderstem® brocolli
- 2kg Tenderstem® Broccoli
- 4 tbsps Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Peeled and Chopped
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper, for Seasoning
- 4 tbsps Pine Nuts
- 150g Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C.
Lay the Tenderstem® broccoli florets on a baking tray. Sprinkle over the choppped garlic and drizzle lightly with 2 tbsps olive oil and half the balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
After 15 minutes, sprinkle on half the parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for a further 5-10 minutes.
Remove the Tenderstem® broccoli from the oven and immediately toss with 1 more tbsp olive oil, the rest of the balsamic vinegar, the pine nuts, and the rest of the Parmesan cheese. Serve steaming hot and enjoy!
