This moreish noodle dish is a mid-week hero as it can go from fridge to table in just 20 minutes. Requiring just seven ingredients, this dish is simple to create yet big on flavour – perfect for a fridge-raiding supper after a busy day.

Method

  1. Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil. Cook the noodles according to pack instructions for stir-frying. Add the Tenderstem® broccoli to the pan for the last 3 mins. Reserve some of the cooking water then drain – they will still have a bit of bite.

  2. Heat a medium frying pan over a medium high heat. Add the butter, gochujang and sugar and mix well. Once combined and bubbling, add the Tenderstem® broccoli and noodles. Stir-fry for 30-60 seconds – mixing well – and loosen with a little of the reserved cooking water if you need to.

  3. Garnish with the spring onions and lime or lemon juice to taste (if using), then serve. Great on its own or accompanied by king prawns.
