Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil. Cook the noodles according to pack instructions for stir-frying. Add the Tenderstem® broccoli to the pan for the last 3 mins. Reserve some of the cooking water then drain – they will still have a bit of bite.
Heat a medium frying pan over a medium high heat. Add the butter, gochujang and sugar and mix well. Once combined and bubbling, add the Tenderstem® broccoli and noodles. Stir-fry for 30-60 seconds – mixing well – and loosen with a little of the reserved cooking water if you need to.
Add the spring onions and lemon juice to taste, then serve. Great on its own or accompanied by king prawns.
