Method

  1. Rinse the Tenderstem® broccoli in a colander, shake off any excess water and set aside.

  2. Add the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and salt to a small bowl, whisk to combine and set aside.

  3. Heat a pan, add 1 tsp of oil and heat the oil for 30 seconds. Add in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add in the cooked prawns and the Maple glaze dressing and stir gently, ensuring to cover the Tenderstem® broccoli and prawns with the dressing.

  4. Remove from the heat and arrange on a serving plate or dish. Sprinkle the pecans and serve immediately.
