The oven temperature you swear by. The ingredient nobody expects. Your secret to better gravy. The trick that gets everything onto the table at the same time.
Tenderstem® is searching for the brilliant little hacks being used in kitchens across the country. And yours could be one of them.

Submit your entry before 11:59pm on 15 November 2026 for your chance to win.
What makes a brilliant Roast Boast?
We’re looking for hacks that make Sunday roasting simpler, smarter or just downright more delicious.
Think clever ways to save time, use up ingredients, get crispier roasties, improve your gravy, make veg taste incredible or take an everyday roast up a level.
You don’t need professional food photography or chef-level skills. If it works in your kitchen, we want to hear about it.
A prize worth boasting about
One winning home cook will receive a Sunday roast prize package worth over £1,000, including:
• £400 dining voucher for Tom Kerridge’s The Hand & Flowers Sunday Roast
• Up to £200 towards travel
• Le Creuset roasting cookware
• Le Creuset Bleu Riviera dinnerware
Two runners-up will each receive a Le Creuset tableware and cookware bundle worth approximately £236.

Could your hack make the book?
The competition might end in November, but the boasting won’t.
After judging, we’ll curate a selection of our favourite Roast Boasts into the Tenderstem® Roast Hack Book, launching in January 2027.
And we’re keeping the final selection under wraps.
Everyone who enters will receive the finished digital book when it launches - so you’ll have to wait until January to discover whether your hack made the cut.
