Tenderstem® Roast Hacks - Roast Potatoes but Better!
Method

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Peel and cut potatoes - aim for rough, uneven edges for max crisp.

Parboil for 10 minutes in salted water, then drain and shake to fluff up.

Heat goose fat in a roasting tray until shimmering, then carefully add potatoes.

Roast for 40 minutes, turning halfway, until golden.

Steam or roast the Tenderstem® in the same tray for the final 8 minutes.

Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and fresh herbs.
