Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread evenly on a baking tray and roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway.

  4. In the final 10 minutes, add Tenderstem® to the tray for that signature roast edge.

  5. Plate up and drizzle with any remaining glaze from the tray.


    Chef’s note:
    Roasting converts carrot sugars through caramelisation - that’s why the edges go golden and sweet. Add the smoky paprika and it’s basically vegetable sorcery.
