Tenderstem® wrapped in parma ham, mozzarella, sun-dried tomato and puff pastry

Makes 6
  • 1 Sheet of ready roll puff pastry
  • 8 Tenderstem®
  • 100g Mozzarella, sliced into 6
  • 6 tbsp Sun-dried tomato paste
  • 6 slices of Parma ham
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Lay out the puff pastry and cut into 6 equal squares.

Spread 1 tbsp of sun-dried tomato paste onto each square. Place two small pieces of Tenderstem® on the puff pastry in a line, then place the Parma ham and a slice of mozzarella on top. Wrap either side of the puff pastry over and seal. Brush the pastry over with a beaten egg.

Place them onto a lined baking sheet and put into a preheated oven (180c/gas mark 5) for 15 minutes.
