Method

  1. In a pot of hot water blanch the Tenderstem® broccoli in a heavy salted water for one minute, cool in ice bath and set a side.

  2. In a hot saucepan, add some olive oil and sauté the onion until will caramelized set aside to cool.

  3. Take a sauté pan and fry the Australian beef flank steak to your liking add salt, pepper, and set aside to rest slice after resting in long strips.

  4. In a large glass bowl, add olive oil, pomegranate molasses and garlic.

  5. Add Tenderstem® broccoli, kale, onion, goat cheese and flank steak sprinkle the top with almond.
