Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a pan and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat to a simmer then let reduce until you have a coating consistency.
Meanwhile, heat a wok, add the sesame oil and fry the Tenderstem® for 1-2 minutes or until slightly softened but still with some bite. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Add the pork tenderloin to the wok and fry for around 2 minutes until cooked through. Return the Tenderstem® broccoli to the wok, add the sauce and toss to completely coat the pork and Tenderstem® broccoli.
Serve with egg noodles for the ultimate stir fry dish.
