Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. When cooked, drain and keep warm.

  2. At the same time, boil or steam the Tenderstem® broccoli for around 4-5 minutes until tender.

  3. While they are cooking, melt the sunflower spread in a pan, then add in the flour and stir into a paste. Gradually blend in the milk and cook, stirring constantly until the sauce becomes smooth and thickened. Add the cheese and stir to melt.

  4. Prep

    Add the pasta and the vegetables to the cheese sauce, season with black pepper and serve.
