Terms & Conditions

1. THE PROMOTION

These terms and conditions relate the Tenderstem® Roast Boast competition (the “Promotion”). Each Promotion is a separate competition and these terms and conditions relate to each of those Promotions. You can enter an individual Promotion by entering your details in the entry form (details provided below).

2. THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this Promotion is Twenty Degrees LTD® Limited, PO BOX 1079, Maidstone, Kent, ME18 6WX (the “Promoter”). The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to or inability to access this Promotion due to any factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

3. ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

3.1. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then do not submit a Promotion entry.

3.2. The Promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over. Participation in the Promotion will require internet access.

3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted per household per Promotion.

3.4. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of their group companies, or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

3.5. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.

3.6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that are:

3.6.1. automatically generated by computer;

3.6.2. completed by third parties or in bulk;

3.6.3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

3.6.4. photocopies and not originals; or

3.6.5. incomplete.

3.7. Receipt of any such entries may be deleted from the Promoter’s social media channels immediately by the Promoter.

3.8. Internet access and a valid social media account (Instagram, Facebook) are required.

4. HOW TO ENTER AND THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

Promotion Period
4.1. Entries will be accepted from 00:00 BST on 1st October 2025 until 23:59 BST on 30th November 2025.

4.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.


5. How to Enter

5.1 Cook a roast dinner.

5.2. To enter the promotion, participants share a photo or video on their Instagram, Facebook and tag @tenderstem and use the hashtag #RoastBoast. If the participant has a private account, they can also send their entry to any of the social channels' inboxes.

5.3 Multiple entries are permitted; one entry per roast post.

5.4 No purchase necessary



6. Competition Period


6.1 The competition runs from 1st October to 30th November

6.2 Entries must be posted before 11:59 pm each Sunday.

6.3 Winners will be selected weekly and announced on Mondays via Tenderstem’s social media channels.

7. Prizes

7.1 There are 30 prizes in total, each consisting of one Le Creuset stoneware gravy boat (£39.99).

7.2 Three winners will be chosen each Monday for 7 weeks.

7.3 Nine winners will be chosen in the final week.

7.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.



8. Winner Selection & Notification


8.1 Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges at Twenty Degrees based on creativity, presentation and overall appeal of their roast dinner post.

8.2 Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter within 5 working days of announcement.

8.3 Winners must respond within 7 days to confirm their prize; otherwise, a replacement winner may be selected.

8.4. The Promoter is not responsible for transporting the prizes or anything lost in transit. Any discrepancies or issues will need to be taken up with the third-party courier company.

8.5. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value to the Prize if necessary.

8.6. The Winners accepts the prizes at their own risk and to the fullest extent possible in law the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to such prizes whatsoever. Usage of the prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions and licences.

8.7. The Promoter reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control. No cash alternatives can be offered. In the event of cancellation or non acceptance of the prize, the winners are not entitled to any refund or alternative prize.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. The winners take part in the Promotion at their own risk and to the fullest extent possible in law the Promoter (subject always to clause 8.3) accepts no liability with regard to such prizes whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the winners nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control with respect to the prizes. The winners are subject to the policies and terms and conditions of any and all third parties involved in the fulfilment of the prizes.

8.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, interruption, site failure, technical malfunction, human error, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.

8.3. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the liability of either party for death or personal injury caused by that party’s negligence. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel, suspend or hold void the Promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.

9. DISQUALIFICATION

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant:

9.1.1. who it considers to have not complied with any of these terms and conditions;

9.1.2. who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion; or

9.1.3. if the participant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.

9.2. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims and entries including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of a participant and before accepting a claim or entry as being valid.

9.3. All the Promoter’s decisions relating to this Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence about the Promotion will be entered into.

10.Content Use

10.1 By entering, participants grant Tenderstem/Twenty Degrees a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share their entry content (images, captions, videos) on Tenderstem’s websites, social media channels, and marketing materials, with credit where reasonably possible.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

11.1. If you agree to subscribe to the Pink Lady® newsletter on the Website, you opt-in to receive communications from the Promoter containing newsletters or other marketing communications (“Opt-in Communications”). You can change your mind at any time by ticking the unsubscribe box on any Opt-in Communication you receive from the Promoter.

11.2. If you agree to sign up to the Pink Lady® newsletter, you also agree that your data will be shared with Facebook, Pinterest and Google to enable them to identify similar profiles to yours for the purpose of behavioural advertising. Facebook, Google and Pinterest will not use your data for any other purposes and will not send your data to any third party, nor will they send you any marketing communications. We will also never directly contact you on Facebook or Google without your specific consent.

11.3. Except as set out above, the Promoter will use any personal data submitted by the participant solely for the purpose of operating this Promotion and for no other purpose. To that extent, the Promoter may share such personal data with third parties involved with this Promotion. The Promoter will delete any personal data submitted by the participant after the end of the Promotion, save where the Promoter is permitted to retain it in order to comply with applicable law. A participant may exercise any of their rights under data protection law, such as requesting access to or the correction or deletion of his/her personal data, by contacting the Promoter at info@pinklady.co.uk

11.4. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who writes to Twenty Degrees, 11 Albion Place, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 4DY (enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date. If you are the winner and you object to any or all of your surname, and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter info@tenderstem.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

The Promoter acknowledges that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Promoter’s social media channels which include, but are not limited to, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and releases such social media channels of any and all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any information provided by a participant under this Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to our social media channels. In accepting these terms and conditions participants release Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from liability to the fullest extent possible in law.

13. JURISDICTION/APPLICABLE LAW

This Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. By participating the participants agree that any and all disputes regarding this Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
