This smoothie is a great way to kick start your day. Packed full of goodness and vitamins and ready in minutes, this will you keep you energized for the rest of the day.

Ingredients
  • 4-6 Tenderstem®
  • 1 Apple
  • 250ml Coconut water
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • ½ tsp Matcha powder (optional, but will give you a slow energy and caffeine release throughout the day)
  1. Add all ingredients into your blender

  2. Blend for 1 minute until smooth

  3. Pour into a glass, over ice if desired, and enjoy!
