Drink Your Greens Smoothie
This smoothie is a great way to kick start your day. Packed full of goodness and vitamins and ready in minutes, this will you keep you energized for the rest of the day.

- 4-6 Tenderstem®
- 1 Apple
- 250ml Coconut water
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- ½ tsp Matcha powder (optional, but will give you a slow energy and caffeine release throughout the day)
Add all ingredients into your blender
Blend for 1 minute until smooth
Pour into a glass, over ice if desired, and enjoy!
