Method

  1. Wash the Tenderstem® broccoli and set aside.

  2. Heat a pan over a medium heat, add in the oil and the grated garlic, stir and add in the Tenderstem® broccoli. Cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add the molasses, honey and zaatar spice, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Remove from the heat, season to taste, add to a serving dish and scatter the pomegranate arils. Serve immediately.
