Tenderstem® with Pumpkin & Sage Raviolli

A simple delicious pasta dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 Pack of Pumpkin & Sage Quadrotti pasta
  • 2 Spring onions
  • A handful of Spinach
  • 125g of Tenderstem®
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
Method
  1. First boil the kettle and heat up 1tsp of coconut oil in a frying pan.

  2. Chop the spring onion, and slice the Tenderstem® in half.

  3. Then boil the pasta for 3 minutes. While you are waiting fry the spring onions and Tenderstem®. At the last minute add the spinach.

  4. Drain the pasta and place on your plate. Then place the Tenderstem®, spring onion and spinach on top.
