Tenderstem® Fish Pie

A quick and easy delicious mid week meal.

  • 10 oz Tenderstem® spears
  • 1 lb. fresh OR thawed frozen firm white fish fillets (cod, haddock or halibut)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. butter, melted
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  1. Arrange Tenderstem® in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with fish. Mix soup and milk and pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese.

  2. Mix bread crumbs, butter and paprika and sprinkle on top. Bake at 450°F. for 20 min. or until fish is done.
