Tenderstem® Fish Pie

A quick and easy delicious mid week meal.
- 10 oz Tenderstem® spears
- 1 lb. fresh OR thawed frozen firm white fish fillets (cod, haddock or halibut)
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. butter, melted
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Arrange Tenderstem® in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with fish. Mix soup and milk and pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix bread crumbs, butter and paprika and sprinkle on top. Bake at 450°F. for 20 min. or until fish is done.
