Tenderstem®, bacon, pancetta, onion with pasta

Ingredients
  • 500g fusilli pasta
  • pancetta
  • Tenderstem®
  • 8 slices bacon
  • Onion
  • oil for frying
Method
  1. cook pasta in a pan of boiling water

  2. whilst pasta cooking.......

  3. heat small amount of oil in pan

  4. chop onion into small cubes

  5. add onion to hot oil

  6. slice bacon and add to pan with pancetta

  7. Then add the Tenderstem®

  8. drain pasta when cooked

  9. add contents of pan to pasta

  10. serve
