Pesto Chilli with Tenderstem®

Coriander and chilli noodles with pesto and roasted Tenderstem®

Ingredients
  • 400g fresh egg noodles
  • 1/2 chilli (more if like it spicy)
  • Glove garlic crushed
  • Handful chopped corriander
  • 1 Heaped tablespoon pesto
  • Juice half a lemon
  • 300g Tenderstem®
  • 50g Cashews
Method
  1. Oven on a 180 degrees

  2. Chop Tenderstem® into mouthsized pieces, put into baking dish with cashews and season

  3. Mix the pesto and lemon juice together

  4. Pour\/dollop over brocolli

  5. Stick in oven for half hr\/25 mins

  6. when theres is 5 mins left put the garlic and chilli into pan for 2 mins

  7. Add egg noodles and cook as per packet

  8. Once ready to go stir through the chopped corriander

  9. serve noodles with brocolli on top
