Healthy Tenderstem® Chicken Tagliatelle

My recipe is healthy, look good and tasty. It takes next to no time to cook. All the vegetables are stir fried quickly to retain its colour and texture. It is delicious.
- 500g fresh Tagliatelle
- 200g Tenderstem® broccoli (sliced)
- 200g sliced chicken
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 small sliced carrot
- 1 tablespoon sliced red pepper
- 1 small onion sliced
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry garlic and onion for 1 minute.
Add in chicken and tenderstem. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add in carrot, pepper and tagliatelle stir for 3 minutes.
Add in soy sauce. Sprinkle a 30mls water. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Season to taste. Serve immediately.
