Warm Stilton and Tenderstem® Salad

I love cooking for friends, but equally love a challenge, if a friend has a sparse fridge I like to have a go a creating something from limited ingredients.

A very simple salad that you can always add extra ingredients to if you have them.
- Tenderstem® handful
- Stilton 80g
- Mixed leaves of your choice (I like Watercress, baby spinach and Rocket) 100g
- 1 egg
- Pine nuts
- drizzle planeta olive oil
Pan fry your Tenderstem® in butter, (griddle for a healthier alternative)
add to the mixed leaves, drizzle with oil, crumble in your stilton add the pine nuts mix.
Top with a soft poached egg.
Perfect accompaniment to a barbecue. Beautiful
