Warm Stilton and Tenderstem® Salad

I love cooking for friends, but equally love a challenge, if a friend has a sparse fridge I like to have a go a creating something from limited ingredients.

A very simple salad that you can always add extra ingredients to if you have them.

  • Tenderstem® handful
  • Stilton 80g
  • Mixed leaves of your choice (I like Watercress, baby spinach and Rocket) 100g
  • 1 egg
  • Pine nuts
  • drizzle planeta olive oil
  1. Pan fry your Tenderstem® in butter, (griddle for a healthier alternative)

  2. add to the mixed leaves, drizzle with oil, crumble in your stilton add the pine nuts mix.

  3. Top with a soft poached egg.

  4. Perfect accompaniment to a barbecue. Beautiful
