Teriyaki Tenderstem® and Tofu

Full of flavour and quick to prepare. This vegetarian dish has it all.

  • 1 block of smoky tofu
  • 500g Tenderstem® broccoli
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Soy sauce
  1. Thinly slice a block of smoky tofu.

  2. Chop the Tenderstem® broccoli into bite size pieces.

  3. Fry in sesame oil until golden brown.

  4. Stir fry the Tenderstem® broccoli for a couple of minutes before adding the tofu.

  5. Just before serving add 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce and 2 tbsp of soy sauce.

  6. Serve with rice.
