Teriyaki Tenderstem® and Tofu

Full of flavour and quick to prepare. This vegetarian dish has it all.
- 1 block of smoky tofu
- 500g Tenderstem® broccoli
- Teriyaki sauce
- Soy sauce
Thinly slice a block of smoky tofu.
Chop the Tenderstem® broccoli into bite size pieces.
Fry in sesame oil until golden brown.
Stir fry the Tenderstem® broccoli for a couple of minutes before adding the tofu.
Just before serving add 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce and 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
Serve with rice.
