Tenderstem® with Tomatoes

A simple and delicious starter or to accompany a main course - either hot or cold.

Ingredients
  • 500g Tenderstem®
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 800g tinned chopped plum tomatoes
  • Basil leaves
Method
  1. Heat the oil and add finely chopped garlic fry for 30 seconds

  2. Add tomatoes

  3. Cook very high for 5 minutes and them add Tenderstem®

  4. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes

  5. Just before the end add the basil and any salt/pepper
