A tasty Tenderstem® broccoli bake - perfect for lunches and summer picnics
- 400g Tenderstem® broccoli
- 100g Mushrooms
- 3 Eggs
- 200ml Single cream
- 100g Crème fraîche
- 80g Plain flour
- 20g Semolina
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive oil
1. Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil. Scatter Tenderstem® broccoli pieces and sliced mushrooms in the dish.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add single cream and crème fraîche.
3. Slowly mix in the flour and semolina. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the mixture in the baking dish over the broccoli and mushrooms.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200C.
