Tenderstem® and Vegetable Wrap

A cheesy Tenderstem® wrap with cashew nuts and red onion.

  • a handful of Tenderstem®
  • 1 Red Onion
  • a handful of Cashew nuts
  • A handful of Sesame seeds
  • A handful of Mixed seeds
  • 30g Red Leicester cheese
  • 3 Fresh Steamed Betroot's
  • Honey
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  1. First you need to dice the red onion, chop up the beetroot and the cheese. Preheat the oven to 200 degree.

  2. Fry the red onions and add a splash of red wine vinegar and honey and fry for 3 minutes.

  3. Add the Tenderstem, cashew nuts, mixed seeds and sesame seeds.

  4. Place the Tenderstem® stir fry in a triangle shape on the wrap, place the cheese on top and put in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until fully melted.

  5. Add a side salad of spinach, Tenderstem®, cucumber, beetroot, seeds and a dressing of your choice.
