Tenderstem® and Salmon Spaghetti

Easy Peasy Tenderstem® broccoli and salmon spaghetti. Pleasy so yummy in my tummy

  • 8oz spaghetti
  • 8oz salmon filleted and bone and skin removed
  • 8oz Tenderstem® broccoli
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 250 tub lite creme fraiche
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Seasoning
  1. Cook spaghetti according to instructions on packet.

  2. Drain and set aside keeping warm.

  3. Meanwhile stir fry cubed salmon, Tenderstem® broccoli pieces, thinly sliced carrot.

  4. When just tender add a tub of lite creme fraiche, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of dry white wine.

  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Italian herbs.

  6. Stir well and add cooked spaghetti.

  7. Serve with grated Parmesan

  8. Enjoy!!
