Tenderstem® and Salmon Spaghetti

Easy Peasy Tenderstem® broccoli and salmon spaghetti. Pleasy so yummy in my tummy
- 8oz spaghetti
- 8oz salmon filleted and bone and skin removed
- 8oz Tenderstem® broccoli
- 2 medium carrots
- 250 tub lite creme fraiche
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
Cook spaghetti according to instructions on packet.
Drain and set aside keeping warm.
Meanwhile stir fry cubed salmon, Tenderstem® broccoli pieces, thinly sliced carrot.
When just tender add a tub of lite creme fraiche, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of dry white wine.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
Stir well and add cooked spaghetti.
Serve with grated Parmesan
