Spicy Tenderstem® Broccoli Pie

  • Serves 4

Spicy, cheese backed broccoli

  • Pack of Tenderstem® Broccoli
  • Thai 5 spice
  • Half cup of grated cheese
  • Half cup of breadcrumbs
  • Butter
  1. Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling water, chop finely.

  2. Add to a mixing bowl with Thai five spice, half a cup of grated cheese, 2 big knobs of butter and half a cup of breadcrumbs.

  3. Mix and then add to a greased tray/cake tin and pop in the oven for 30 mins, gas mark 6. Yummy!
