Put Tenderstem®, lemon slice and spring onion in cavity of 2 Sea Bass(wild is best), steam or bake in either paper or foil. Serve with more Tenderstem®, kissed on a griddle, with Jersey Royals drenched in butter.

  • 2 Sea Bass
  • 2 portions Tenderstem®
  • Jersey Royal
  • 1 Lemon
  • Bunch spring onions
  • Seasoning
  1. Use super fresh fish.

  2. Season carefully.

  3. Do NOT overcook fish or Tenderstem®.
