Pulled Pork and Tenderstem® Pizza

A delicious pizza using pulled pork, bbq flavours and fresh Tenderstem® to bring it all together.
- Pulled Pork (made or bought)
- Pizza Topping
- BBQ Sauce
- Cheese (Mozarella)
Make your pizza base - Mix together 300g strong flour 1 tsp salt 1tsp yeat. Then make a well and add 200ml of warm water and mix together.
Kneed for 5 minutes and let it prove for an hour in a bowl in a warm place.
Chop into two and roll into two pizza bases.
Put your toppings on (pizza topping, cheese, pulled pork Tenderstem® and basil and bbq sauce)
Let it cook for 10 minutes at 200 degrees
