Pulled Pork and Tenderstem® Pizza

A delicious pizza using pulled pork, bbq flavours and fresh Tenderstem® to bring it all together.

  • Pulled Pork (made or bought)
  • Flour
  • Oil
  • Pizza Topping
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Tenderstem®
  • Basil
  • Cheese (Mozarella)
  1. Make your pizza base - Mix together 300g strong flour 1 tsp salt 1tsp yeat. Then make a well and add 200ml of warm water and mix together.

  2. Kneed for 5 minutes and let it prove for an hour in a bowl in a warm place.

  3. Chop into two and roll into two pizza bases.

  4. Put your toppings on (pizza topping, cheese, pulled pork Tenderstem® and basil and bbq sauce)

  5. Let it cook for 10 minutes at 200 degrees
