Lemon basa with spaghetti and Tenderstem®

It's a delicious light pasta dish with basa fish, lemon and Tenderstem®.

  • 1 Pack of Tenderstem®
  • 1 basa fillet (could be frozen)
  • 1 lemon
  • 250g of dry spaghetti
  • Dry chilli flakes
  • 1 chicken stock pot
  1. Bring the water to boil and add dry spaghetti pasta, add chicken stock for extra flavour.

  2. Cook until al dente and drain aside.

  3. Cook the Tenderstem® in a separate pan for 6 minutes then set aside.

  4. Steam the fish fillet for an extra flavour.

  5. Place cooked spaghetti in a pot again add fish fillet, fresh squeezed lemon juice, chilli flakes, Tenderstem® and stir it for couple of minutes.

  6. Place the spaghetti on the plate and decorate it with chilli flakes and extra lemon juice.
