Lemon basa with spaghetti and Tenderstem®

It's a delicious light pasta dish with basa fish, lemon and Tenderstem®.
- 1 Pack of Tenderstem®
- 1 basa fillet (could be frozen)
- 1 lemon
- 250g of dry spaghetti
- Dry chilli flakes
- 1 chicken stock pot
Bring the water to boil and add dry spaghetti pasta, add chicken stock for extra flavour.
Cook until al dente and drain aside.
Cook the Tenderstem® in a separate pan for 6 minutes then set aside.
Steam the fish fillet for an extra flavour.
Place cooked spaghetti in a pot again add fish fillet, fresh squeezed lemon juice, chilli flakes, Tenderstem® and stir it for couple of minutes.
Place the spaghetti on the plate and decorate it with chilli flakes and extra lemon juice.
