Healthy, quick and tasty, for any time of day - uses up vegetables at hand, but also adds a lot of antioxidants and vitamins.

  • Prawns
  • Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • Tenderstem®
  • Leeks
  • Spinach
  • Garlic
  • Turmeric powder
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tamari
  • Pak Choi
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • Chia Seeds
  • Flaxseed
  • Onions
  • A range of other vegetables
  • Peppers
  • 2 Eggs
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Chop the vegetables. Soften the onions and garlic in coconut oil for a few minutes until they are soft but not browned, add the Tenderstem®, prawns, vegetables to the pan with a spoonful of Chia seeds and Flaxseed and a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter.

  2. Then add salt and pepper to taste and Turmeric powder - a small bit! Add the sauces to taste (tamari, and worcestershire sauce).

  3. At the end of cooking add spinach, and the eggs, and a small bit of parmesan to flavour.
