Chilli & Lime Roasted Asparagus

The perfect side dish as a replacement to chips next to a burger, or simply something with a little spice to snack on.
- 18 pcs of asparagus
- Tablespoon of olive oil
- Teaspoon chilli powder
- Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Pinch of Salt
Heat the oven to 230c
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rince and cut the ends off the asparagus.
Toss the asparagus with the oil, chilli powder, lime juice and sea salt.
Lay flat and roast for 15 minutes turn halfway through.
