Tenderstem® with Pumpkin & Sage Raviolli

A simple delicious pasta dish.
- 1 Pack of Pumpkin & Sage Quadrotti pasta
- 2 Spring onions
- A handful of Spinach
- 125g of Tenderstem®
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
First boil the kettle and heat up 1tsp of coconut oil in a frying pan.
Chop the spring onion, and slice the Tenderstem® in half.
Then boil the pasta for 3 minutes. While you are waiting fry the spring onions and Tenderstem®. At the last minute add the spinach.
Drain the pasta and place on your plate. Then place the Tenderstem®, spring onion and spinach on top.
