Tenderstem® Chicken Sausage Pasta

A combination of fresh vegetables, healthy chicken sausages (a good alternative to pork sausages) and some pasta to bring it all together. This dish includes Tenderstem®, penne pasta, chicken sausages, roasted red peppers, mushrooms and red onion. It's quick and easy to make and you can eat the leftovers the following day!
- Penne pasta
- Chicken sausages
- Roasted red peppers
- Red onion
Chop the mushrooms, red onion and chicken sausages.
Fry them all together with some sunflower oil for about 7 minutes.
Boil the pasta for about 5 minutes, then put the chopped Tenderstem® to boil with the pasta for another 6 minutes.
Cut up the roasted red pepper and mix it in with the mushrooms, red onion and chicken sausages.
Put the pasta and Tenderstem® in with it and mix it all together. Dish up!
