Grilled Tenderstem® with Anchovy sauce

Steam and grilled Tenderstem® broccoli drizzled with anchovy sauce
- 4 packs Tenderstem® broccoli
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Steam Tenderstem® broccoli, then toss in 2 tbsps of olive oil, plus salt and pepper.
Blend tin of anchovies with 4 tsbps of lemon juice, 6 tsbps of olive oil, 1 tsp rosemary, plus salt and pepper.
Grill stems and drizzle over sauce.
