Chilli and Tenderstem® Prawn Stir Fry

Quick, healthy and tasty are my main aims when cooking. Stir-fry and tapas style dishes are my favourite, although I don't mind putting the effort in for a decent Portuguese custard tart.

A good stir-fry that is quick to make but makes the most of the natural flavours.

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • I-2 Large clove of Garlic Sliced
  • 1 Red chilli Sliced and deseeded
  • 200g King prawns
  • 200g Tenderstem®
  • 100g Greenbeans
  • 1-2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • Thai jasmine rice
  1. Heat the oil in the wok.

  2. Add the garlic and chilli and then the prawns and cook for 2 mins.

  3. Then add the green beans and cook for 2 Mins.

  4. Then add the Tenderstem® for 1-2 mins.

  5. Toss in the seeds and cook for 30sec more.

  6. Serve with jasmine rice and dash of soy sauce.
