Chilli and Tenderstem® Prawn Stir Fry

Quick, healthy and tasty are my main aims when cooking. Stir-fry and tapas style dishes are my favourite, although I don't mind putting the effort in for a decent Portuguese custard tart.

A good stir-fry that is quick to make but makes the most of the natural flavours.
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- I-2 Large clove of Garlic Sliced
- 1 Red chilli Sliced and deseeded
- 200g King prawns
- 200g Tenderstem®
- 100g Greenbeans
- 1-2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Thai jasmine rice
Heat the oil in the wok.
Add the garlic and chilli and then the prawns and cook for 2 mins.
Then add the green beans and cook for 2 Mins.
Then add the Tenderstem® for 1-2 mins.
Toss in the seeds and cook for 30sec more.
Serve with jasmine rice and dash of soy sauce.
