Warm Tenderstem® Salad with Sundried Tomato Dressing

This simple serving suggestion can be on the table in under 5 minutes, and is great as an accompaniment to roast chicken or pork.
Boil or steam the Tenderstem® for about 3 minutes or until tender.
Make the dressing by mixing the olive oil, sundried tomato paste and red wine vinegar, and season with sea salt and black pepper.
Toss through the cooked Tenderstem® and serve immediately
200g pack Tenderstem® broccoli
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sundried tomato paste
1 tablespoon Maille red wine vinegar
