Tom Aikens has worked in restaurants that have earned many Michelin stars. He has three highly acclaimed restaurants in London holding a veritable laundry list of awards.

Nisha Katona is a British born Indian, a full time Barrister who is at heart, a dedicated curry evangelist.

James Ramsden is a London-based Yorkshireman. He runs the Secret Larder supper club and has written about food and cookery for The Times, The Guardian, Sainsbury's Magazine, and lovefood.com, among others.

Genevieve Taylor is a food stylist, home economist and food writer. She is passionate about food writing, devising recipes and producing beautiful food for photography which is used in editorial, pr, packaging and advertising.

Valentine Warner enjoyed a "reasonably successful" career as a painter, but, at 23, couldn't resist the call of the kitchen and decided to focus his time on cooking instead of painting.

Richard has a passion for bringing vegetables to the centre of the plate: “I believe that local, seasonal produce should be at the heart of all our food, nothing is more satisfying than taking a beautiful vegetable straight from the field, treating it with respect and serving it to people you care about.”

Diana Henry is the Sunday Telegraph's award winning food writer. She has written six books and her latest book, 'Food from Plenty', has been chosen as one of the top cookbooks of the year by The Washington Post.

Kerstin Rodgers aka MsMarmitelover launched the underground restaurant movement in the UK with her eponymous supper club via her blog The English Can Cook. Since then, hundreds of supper clubs have started in London and around the UK.
