cooking & storing Tenderstem®

Tenderstem® is incredibly versatile. It can be blanched, microwaved, boiled, steamed, deep fried or grilled – and can even be eaten raw.
It needs nothing more than a quick rinse – no further preparation required!
Use it in stir fries, or blanch until tender and use in salads, pasta dishes and risotto or simply serve with dips. Stir frying or quickly steaming Tenderstem® is the best way to keep all the nutrients intact.
Storing
Tenderstem® needs to be kept in the fridge to keep it fresh. It should be eaten within a few days of purchase when it is as its freshest and tastiest.
